The AGACNP program equips students with the skills to evaluate, diagnose, and manage serious acute, critical, and chronic health issues across adult age groups. Our curriculum prioritizes patient-focused, evidence-based healthcare while emphasizing illness prevention, quality improvement, and integrated care coordination. Learners will fulfill 600 hours of supervised clinical practice in diverse acute care hospital environments. Qualification Requirements

Possession of a Master of Science in Nursing degree from a program accredited by a nursing professional accreditation agency ie CCNE or ACEN with a graduate grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale Applicants may be considered for admission to the certificate prior to completion of the masters degree however the certificate will be awarded only upon completion of the masters degree
2 Current national certification in Advanced Practice Nursing as Adult NP Adult Gerontology Primary Care NP Family NP Gerontological NP Womens Health NP or Adult Health CNS Length of plan of study and additional required course work depends on assessment of competency attainment via previous NP specialty preparation and current clinical experience
3 Two completed recommendation letters from people who directly supervise work in a nursing role or from health professionals who can assess potential to provide advance practice care to patients across the life span and be successful in graduate work

English or Internet based TOEFL iBT Test of English as a Foreign Language with a minimum score of 80
