The AGACNP program equips students with the skills to evaluate, diagnose, and manage serious acute, critical, and chronic health issues across adult age groups. Our curriculum prioritizes patient-focused, evidence-based healthcare while emphasizing illness prevention, quality improvement, and integrated care coordination. Learners will fulfill 600 hours of supervised clinical practice in diverse acute care hospital environments. The University maintains partnerships with leading healthcare providers throughout the tri-county region and neighboring areas. Graduates qualify for certification through both the ANCC and AACN, as well as Michigan state NP licensure. Our graduates consistently achieve certification exam scores surpassing national benchmarks.
