The General Science program offers a diverse curriculum covering biology, chemistry, physics, and earth sciences. Designed following National Science Teacher Association standards, this major prepares students for middle school science teaching careers while fulfilling requirements for the Elementary (K-8) Provisional Teaching Certificate.
Throughout your studies, our faculty and advisors support you in finding classroom internships and practical experience opportunities. They also offer career guidance and job placement resources to help graduates find both part-time and full-time teaching positions.
Current high school students and high school graduates who have not enrolled in a post-secondary institution after high school apply to Madonna as a freshman.
Cumulative high school GPA of 2.8 or above
Requirement for Undergraduate Admission:
TOEFL: 70 (iBT); IELTS: 6; MELAB: 76
