The MS/MBA Program boasts an impressive employment history, with most graduates securing roles in pharmaceutical firms. Check the MS/MBA outcomes section below for details on alumni positions and their current employers. Some graduates choose to pursue further education in medical or dental fields.
The Department of Molecular Pharmacology & Neuroscience collaborates with Loyola University Chicago's Quinlan School of Business to provide full-time 2.5-year and part-time 4-year dual degree options. These programs award both a Master of Science (MS) in Pharmacology and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Tailored for those targeting careers in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or related health sectors, this program equips graduates with a unique blend of scientific and business expertise—giving them an edge in product development, marketing, and career advancement within the industry. Additionally, students can complete both degrees faster than pursuing them individually.
