Loyola Law School and LMU's College of Business Administration Graduate Program collaborate to provide a combined law and business degree pathway. Successful participants earn both a Juris Doctor (JD) from the Law School and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Loyola Marymount University.
This accelerated dual degree option enables law students to obtain both qualifications within four years. Exclusively available to full-time Day Division students, the program permits counting up to 12 business course credits toward the JD's 87-credit requirement and up to 12 law course credits toward the MBA's 51-credit requirement. Prospective students must gain separate admission to both the Law School and MBA program, in addition to securing approval for the JD/MBA track. Applications for the joint program can be initiated after completing the first year of law studies.
