Students will explore the historical development of worldwide connections, commerce, and cross-cultural interactions. Instead of viewing global history as isolated regional narratives, learners will examine it as interconnected progressions that transcended borders, encompassing the growth of international economic systems, the merging of national and local markets, commerce, population movements, cultural diffusion, technological dissemination, colonial and post-colonial experiences, and the global narratives surrounding race, gender, and faith traditions.
