Bachelor's Degree
Creating an approved curriculum plan is a crucial step when applying and gaining admission to the B.E.S. degree program. Once accepted to the University, B.E.S. candidates work with a College of Humanities, Fine Arts, and Communication advisor to develop their proposed degree plan. Final admission to the Bachelor of Elected Studies program occurs when the Dean approves this study proposal. The B.E.S. functions as an independent major. A key element of the B.E.S. degree is its concentration area, which consists of a minimum of 40 credits in approved courses chosen by the student to align with their personal or professional aspirations. Students may select concentration courses from nearly all undergraduate departments at Lewis University.
