The Liberal Arts program offers students a comprehensive education spanning both arts and sciences disciplines. For instance, learners can pursue two distinct minors like Fine Arts and Biochemistry, or complementary fields such as Literature and World History. To complete this independent major, students must fulfill the credit requirements for two separate minors, with total credits varying accordingly. Note that courses cannot overlap between the two chosen minors, and classes counting toward the Liberal Arts major cannot simultaneously satisfy other minor requirements (with the exception of general education courses, which may count toward a third minor or certificate). Ambitious students may pursue an additional minor if their schedule allows, through separate coursework. Academic advisors in the Dean's Office will help students select appropriate minor pairings that best support their professional aspirations or intellectual growth.
