The population health certificate is tailored for students who aren't pursuing a Master of Science (MS) in population health or a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree at the College of Health. Earning this certificate provides learners with foundational knowledge to understand and apply introductory graduate-level population health principles and methods. Participants must complete a minimum of 12 credit hours, covering essential courses in population health fundamentals, epidemiology, population health data analysis, plus one elective. Credits earned through the certificate program may count toward either the MS in population health or MPH degree programs.
