Through rigorous coursework and hands-on field experiences, participants master research-backed methods for teaching academic content, social skills, and daily living competencies. Graduates qualify for Ohio state licensure covering both Mild/Moderate Educational Needs (such as learning disabilities, behavioral challenges, and ADHD) and Moderate/Intensive Educational Needs (including intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and physical impairments).
