The Doctor of Philosophy in Adult Learning and Leadership, offered via the Educational Leadership graduate program, is a post-baccalaureate degree requiring at least 90 credit hours. This program develops scholars pursuing careers in academia as college/university faculty, corporate training leadership, or knowledge/theory advancement. Students may apply up to 30 previously earned graduate credits from a Master's program toward degree requirements, subject to supervisory committee approval.
