The Educational Leadership graduate program provides a Doctor of Education degree, designed as a professional program focused on developing skilled practitioners. Candidates lacking a district-level (superintendent) credential can customize their coursework to fulfill those licensing prerequisites. For up-to-date district licensure details, please reach out to the Educational Leadership program. Each Ed.D. candidate's journey is guided by at least four graduate faculty members: a primary advisor with deep expertise in the chosen field, two additional faculty specialists, and one faculty member from outside the student's focus area. Every study plan is personally tailored with input from the primary advisor and supervisory committee to align with the student's unique interests, skills, and professional aspirations.
