The bachelor's program in Political Science equips students to examine issues of authority, governance, fairness, and inequity within both domestic and international political systems. The program emphasizes flexibility, allowing students to tailor their studies through three primary elective tracks: 1) U.S. Government and Politics, 2) Global and Comparative Political Systems, and 3) Political Philosophy, Discourse, and Professional Applications.
Graduates will develop the ability to: Examine various political structures, social movements, contemporary challenges, and the evolving landscape of global affairs, Implement political theories in practical political scenarios and academic research, Master essential political communication skills for diverse professional environments, Utilize both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies based on contextual requirements, and Apply ethical frameworks central to public service and professional political science practice.
