Drawing from prior experience in dining services, beverage operations, and kitchen labs, the Food & Beverage Industry Management bachelor's degree equips students for leadership roles throughout the foodservice sector. The curriculum covers essential management topics including analytical reasoning, financial evaluation, technological applications, digital marketing, strategic planning for food/beverage operations, personnel management, and customer relations. Students can utilize elective credits for diverse learning experiences both on and off campus.
