This Information Technology program provides foundational knowledge in computing, networking, and cybersecurity, equipping students for entry-level roles in information communications technology (such as Computer User Support Specialist or Computer Network Support Specialist). The curriculum caters to individuals seeking to: 1) launch their careers, 2) progress in their current jobs, or 3) transition to new professional paths. Students can develop expertise in technical support and networking, with coursework preparing them for industry certifications including CompTIA's A+ (CIM 110), Network+ (CIM 181), Linux+ (CIM 161), and the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) exam (CIM 181, 182, 283).
