The Neuroscience Graduate Program at Iowa State University is an interdisciplinary initiative spanning multiple departments, providing both Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy degrees. This program presents diverse research avenues in Neuroscience, covering molecular, cellular, and systems-level investigations. With participation from more than 40 faculty members across various departments—including Biochemistry, Biophysics and Molecular Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Chemical and Biological Engineering, Ecology, Evolution, and Organismal Biology, Food Science and Human Nutrition, Genetics, Development and Cell Biology, Kinesiology, Mechanical Engineering, and Psychology—students gain extensive exposure.
