The Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology is a Purdue University program administered through the Department of Psychology.

Undergraduate training in psychology, mathematics, and the sciences is highly desirable though not required. Applicants should have had at least one undergraduate course in statistics, and one in tests and measurement is also advantageous. To be considered for admission without probation, applicants must obtain (a) a baccalaureate degree from a college or university of recognized standing, (b) a GPA of 3.00 or higher on a 4.00 scale.
All non-native speakers of English must also submit proof of English proficiency unless the applicant has a Bachelor's degree or higher from the US or a predominantly English-speaking country.
