Qualification Requirements

The application steps below are for students interested in pursuing an MFA in Visual Art with an emphasis in one of the following areas: Ceramics, Furniture Design, Integrative Studio Practice, Painting & Drawing, Photography & Intermedia, Printmaking, and Sculpture.

Your application must demonstrate a strong commitment and potential for developing sustained creative activity as a visual artist at the professional level and the ability to complete graduate work.

All non-native speakers of English must also submit proof of English proficiency unless the applicant has a Bachelor's degree or higher from the US or a predominantly English-speaking country.
