The 36-credit minimum curriculum combines coursework, an optional internship, and a faculty-guided year-long studio project. The Residential format operates as a studio-based program where student teams collaborate under faculty guidance in the Master's Studio workspace throughout their capstone project. Foundation course concepts are directly applied during this hands-on experience. Alongside completing all academic requirements, students must compile a professional portfolio showcasing their competencies and accomplishments. An instructional systems technology degree opens doors beyond traditional education, extending to corporate, government, military, and nonprofit sectors.
