Drawing from extensive experience in orchestral settings, chamber groups, solo recordings, and teaching methods, you'll encounter unparalleled expertise and artistic mastery daily. As a woodwind student at the Jacobs School of Music, you'll contribute to our annual lineup of over 1,100 performances. Performance opportunities abound across solo recitals, chamber groups, and large ensembles. Options include participation in six orchestras, two symphonic bands, period instrument ensembles, contemporary music groups, and an extensive chamber music curriculum, along with jazz and historical performance studies.
