Human activities are now the primary force shaping global atmospheric and land surface conditions, triggering extraordinary environmental transformations. The Climate and Environmental Change program focuses on analyzing these dynamics and their effects on ecosystems and human communities. Through tools like instrument readings, satellite imagery, field studies, and computer simulations, we examine historical patterns and forecast future scenarios. Our faculty specialize in interdisciplinary research, offering studies in climate change analysis, environmental consequences, arid conditions, water cycle processes, and dendrochronology. Combining this curriculum with our geospatial training in GIS, satellite data interpretation, and statistical mapping equips students for professional opportunities in both public and private sectors.
