The doctoral program's coursework aims to equip students with expertise in their selected discipline by engaging them with contemporary literature while introducing research methods and frameworks. PhD candidates must commit to full-time participation in the program. The Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management PhD curriculum includes six major-focused seminars (three mandatory and three optional), three research methodology and statistics courses, and three courses in an approved minor field. The minor concentration requires endorsement from both the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship advisor and the minor field department. Additionally, all doctoral students must complete a teaching development seminar.
