Computational linguistics is a multidisciplinary domain focusing on computer-based analysis and generation of human language. The field draws from linguistics to comprehend the unique characteristics of linguistic data, while also offering frameworks for understanding language structure and usage. Primarily application-oriented, computational linguistics tackles real-world challenges. Common implementations encompass natural language processing, automated translation between languages, speech generation, information extraction from large text databases, cognitive simulation, and various aspects of natural language interaction systems.
Applicant must have completed a diploma from an accredited high school (or must have completed the Indiana High School Equivalency Diploma)
Applicant must have TOEFL score of 79 on internet-based test, 550 on paper-based test, IELTS score of 6.5 and PTE score of 53.
