Biomechanics examines how forces interact with biological organisms. The graduate curriculum explores connections between biomechanical principles and improving performance while reducing injuries. Learners implement their knowledge by working as motion specialists in athletic and occupational settings. To conclude the program, participants undertake either a research thesis, self-directed project, or practical internship. Graduates of the Biomechanics track can pursue doctoral studies, work as corporate research associates, or join occupational safety teams, depending on their professional goals.
