Illinois State University's ACEND-accredited Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD) is a two-year curriculum featuring comprehensive studies in science, social sciences, management, and specialized courses spanning the diverse areas of food science, nutrition, and dietetics. Every DPD student must fulfill an undergraduate professional practice experience as part of the program requirements.
