Video classes focus on fostering creativity within time-based media. The program prioritizes artistic growth and personal expression while exploring video's cultural significance through critical and historical perspectives. Hands-on training covers both traditional and digital video techniques.
With a cap of 25 students per term, the Video Program ensures individualized guidance for undergraduates. A nurturing atmosphere motivates students to explore video and electronic media through inquiry, innovation, and dedication. Offered through the Wonsook Kim School of Art, these courses are part of both the Arts Technology and Cinema Studies programs. The curriculum promotes cross-disciplinary collaboration, encouraging students to blend moving images with digital photography, text, graphics, audio, sculpture, writing, performance, and installation art.
