Illinois Tech's Master of Engineering Management program empowers recent engineering graduates to harness emerging technologies through strategic business approaches. The program also benefits experienced professionals looking to expand their engineering expertise with complementary business skills.

Our MEM program offers two specialized concentrations: Project Management or Product Design and Development. These tracks create fast-track opportunities for leadership roles in engineering fields, equipping graduates to make impactful decisions across operational, organizational, and industry-wide levels.

The Project Management concentration teaches economic decision-making, contract oversight, construction equipment management, productivity analysis, and legal issue resolution. The curriculum covers contract administration, transportation asset management, as well as entrepreneurship and intellectual property strategies.
