The Master of Science in Health Informatics is a cutting-edge program focused on the evolving discipline of health informatics, which bridges information systems, human factors, processes, and technological applications in healthcare settings. Our objective is to equip both aspiring and practicing healthcare specialists from varied backgrounds with expertise in health sciences, information technology, and behavioral sciences, enabling them to convert data into actionable insights that improve clinical decisions, patient care, medical discoveries, patient engagement, and societal wellbeing. The MSHI program delivers courses through online platforms, allowing students to earn their degree with flexible scheduling. With consent from the Health Informatics Program Director, participants may choose three courses (9 credits) from alternative specialization tracks. Graduates of this program will gain comprehensive understanding across multiple Health Informatics domains.
