Idaho State University's College of Business (COB) provides a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program for graduates with both business and non-business undergraduate degrees. This AACSB International-accredited program offers specialized MBA tracks in Accounting, Informatics, Finance, Health Care Administration (HCA), Project Management, and Marketing alongside its general MBA option. As Idaho's first AACSB-accredited MBA program, ISU maintains its dedication to delivering an academically rigorous, high-quality business education. The standard MBA curriculum offers comprehensive business training ideal for management-focused careers, while the specialized tracks deliver focused expertise in their respective disciplines. The Accounting concentration specifically prepares students for CPA or CMA certification. To foster diversity, the program welcomes full-time students from across the U.S. and internationally. MBA candidates cultivate essential abilities including: Effective communication and teamwork capabilities. Analytical thinking and decision-making proficiency. Mastery of core business principles. Awareness of cultural, global, and ethical business considerations. Note: The Economics specialization excludes students with undergraduate economics majors and requires attendance at some daytime classes in Pocatello.
