This program aims to provide an interdisciplinary education grounded in environmental geosciences, incorporating relevant courses from various departments. It addresses environmental issues from local to global scales. Students build foundational knowledge through mandatory multidisciplinary courses with a geoscience focus, supplemented by core electives. Qualification Requirements
Freshman applicants must submit official secondary school mark sheets and diploma. All documents must be originals or copies certified by the school principal or controller of examinations and sealed in a school envelope. Documents not in English must be translated by a certified translator. If your first language is not English, official English proficiency scores must be submitted directly to the International Programs Office from the testing center. To be considered for admission to ISU, international students applying as new undergraduates must meet the following academic requirements:
Have graduated from a high school or secondary school with satisfactory grades, received a diploma or certificate of graduation, and be eligible for admission to a major university in the country from which they graduated.
Have at least a 2.25 GPA.
TOEFL iBT: 61, Paper: 500, Computer: 173, IELTS- 5.5 overall score OR a minimum 5.0 in ALL subscores
