School Leaders Licensure Assessment (SLLA) - ELPS Department mandates that Master's students complete and pass the SLLA prior to program graduation. This ETS-administered exam evaluates foundational knowledge for entry-level education leaders and is required for K-12 Building Level Administrative Certification. Students must finish at least eighteen credit hours of core and specialization courses before attempting the SLLA.

Practicum - This full-time, supervised experience occurs under a field supervisor's guidance at an approved educational institution. Enrollment requires successful completion of five prerequisite specialization courses.
