The Frank G. Zarb School of Business provides an Executive MBA (EMBA) program tailored for mid-to-senior level professionals across corporate, government, and nonprofit sectors. Structured for working executives, this 11-month lockstep program enables participants to maintain their careers while completing intensive MBA studies. The hybrid curriculum combines online asynchronous coursework with five in-person Saturday sessions held either on campus or in Manhattan. The experience launches with a two-day on-campus orientation and concludes with an immersive Global Practicum - an international business trip lasting one week.
Participants develop expertise across five core competency areas essential for career advancement: leadership development, data analytics, resource allocation, innovation and investment strategies, and strategic planning. Following each online module, students put theory into practice during intensive one-day residencies. These feature hands-on consulting projects at the Center for Entrepreneurship on campus, along with executive-led roundtables in New York City examining pressing international business challenges.
