Digital forensics (also referred to as digital forensic science) is a forensic science discipline focused on retrieving and examining data from electronic devices, typically involving cybercrime investigations. The AS degree in digital forensics equips students with expertise in security principles and forensic computing techniques. To be eligible for admission to an associate degree program at HCC, applicants must have the equivalent of one of the following: high school equivalency certificate (GED), Associate or higher degree, standard high school diploma.
