The engineering Associate of Arts pathway is designed for students aiming to earn Bachelor's degrees in various engineering disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, civil, computer science, aerospace, nuclear, agricultural, industrial, and environmental engineering. Additional specializations in surveying and mapping, as well as materials design and testing, are also offered.
Graduates can pursue careers in diverse fields such as design, testing, research, architecture, electronics, robotics, manufacturing, sales, construction management, and technical writing. Note that many university programs have prerequisite course requirements for admission. Students must verify transfer eligibility by contacting their intended institution directly.

To be eligible for admission to an associate degree program at HCC, applicants must have the equivalent of one of the following: high school equivalency certificate (GED), Associate or higher degree, standard high school diploma.
