Human Resource Development (HRD) is the strategic and integrated use of training and development, organizational development, and other talent management activities to improve individual and organizational performance. The HRD program has been developed based on resources and guidelines from the Association for Talent Development, the Academy of Human Resource Development, and the Society for Human Resource Management.
Businesses big and small are no longer local. They are global and the workforce is increasingly diverse. Where better to obtain your degree than from one of the most diverse universities. Students are preferred to have a high school and should include grades/scores for each subject.
