The ThM program provides students who hold a Master of Divinity degree or equivalent (three years of graduate theological education) with a one-year opportunity for advanced theological study. This program is particularly beneficial for individuals looking to enhance their ministerial skills beyond what the Master of Divinity offers. It also serves well those who, after spending time in ministry, teaching, or other fields, wish to revisit theological education to refine their perspectives, prepare for new challenges, or deepen expertise in a particular subject area. This one-year curriculum features 18 specialization options, requiring coursework, language proficiency, and an oral examination. Prospective ThM students are strongly encouraged to have existing knowledge of their chosen language for meeting the language requirement.
