This program equips students with the essential skills needed to address evolving trends and requirements in food service management. The curriculum covers core operational aspects of running a food service business, with special attention to staff supervision, procurement, menu planning, budgeting, and beverage management, along with other key administrative areas. Secondary or high school school students - submit proof of completion of secondary education by submitting your transcripts, a graduation certificate, or diploma. If you have not yet graduated from your secondary school, you may apply with in-progress transcripts and must submit final documents showing completion prior to enrollment at GCC.
College or university students - submit transcripts of all colleges/universities you have attended. Secondary or high school records are not required if you have completed at least one term of college or university.
