Whether you're a math expert or hold a humanities degree, this program equips you for a career in data science. The admissions team will assess your application and place you in a suitable pathway matching your experience. Both tracks—data scientist and citizen data scientist—are STEM-certified, thorough, challenging, and intensive. You'll gain proficiency in machine learning, deep learning, Python, and big data across both programs, with optional boot camps available in areas like AI, SAS, Amazon Web Services, and Microsoft Azure. The Data Science & Analytics, M.S.A. program follows a structured three-semester cohort model, though working professionals can opt for part-time study, extending the timeline with summer courses. Full-time students may finish in 12 months by taking summer electives. In addition to eight core and three elective courses, participants will join boot camps on subjects including linear algebra, R programming, data visualization, Tableau, advanced R, big data programming, and SAS.
