The clinical rehabilitation counseling program at Georgia State offers an in-person educational approach, equipping students to support individuals with diverse disabilities across all cultural, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds. These professionals empower people with disabilities to achieve greater self-sufficiency, expand their educational and career opportunities, and promote their full societal inclusion. The Master of Science in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling readies graduates for careers in various organizational and agency rehabilitation environments. Accredited by the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP), this program qualifies students to pursue certification as both Certified Rehabilitation Counselors and National Certified Counselors through respective examinations.
