Qualification Requirements

To pursue a dual degree, students must apply to and be accepted by both colleges and satisfy the curriculum requirements for both programs. Acceptance into one program does not guarantee acceptance to the other.

Current J.D. students should seek admission into the M.B.A./M.H.A. program as soon as possible.
Current M.B.A./M.H.A. students should seek admission into the J.D. program as soon as possible.
Prerequisites may be required for students based on their previous academic experience.
LSAT is required. GMAT is required, unless the student is already enrolled at the College of Law.
Non-native speakers of English are required to demonstrate English proficiency. This requirement can be met in the following ways:
Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL including the special home edition)
International Language Testing System (IELTS)
Documentation that the baccalaureate or a prior graduate degree was obtained in an English-speaking country
Completion of a University System of Georgia approved ESL program (case-by-case basis)
