Minimum qualifications required are a BS degree (or equivalent) in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Paper Science and Engineering, or a closely related field with a GPA of 3.3/4.0. IELTS - 7 (minimum band score for Reading, Listening, and Speaking is 6.5, minimum band score for Writing is 5.5), TOEFL iBT - 90 (each section must score 19 or higher)TOEFL PBT - 577.
