The Master's in Biomedical Innovation and Development (MBID) is an intensive 12-month residential program structured across three consecutive semesters. This unique program combines two powerful career-enhancing elements: interdisciplinary academic training from leading engineering and medical schools, plus real-world clinical immersion within Atlanta's dynamic biomedical sector, designed for both current professionals and those entering the field.
Have an undergraduate in any of the following:
Engineering, Science, Medicine or Business.
International Students – Georgia Institute of Technology accepts the TOEFL and IELTS Exams for the English Proficiency testing.
The minimum total score on the exams for MBID are:
TOEFL – 100, with minimum section scores of 19 or higher on each skill area.
IELTS – Overall score minimum of 7; with minimum section scores for reading 6.5, listening 6.5, speaking 6.5 and writing 5.5.
All admission materials must be submitted via the GT Graduate Admission system by the application deadline of December 31 for potential entry in the fall.
