The Master of Arts in Educational Transformation prepares educators with the expertise to address complex challenges in urban schooling systems. Become part of our mission to drive meaningful change that expands access and equity for young learners. Fundamentally, education represents a journey of personal growth and reinvention. As children develop literacy, comprehension, and critical thinking abilities, they evolve into individuals with expanded capabilities. Whether you aspire to teach, champion educational causes, develop curricula, or shape policies, our program provides the essential tools to positively impact student outcomes. We emphasize hands-on learning through an immersive residency approach. Starting from day one in the M.A. program, you'll engage directly in educational environments, solving authentic problems and completing practical assignments.
