Georgetown Law students actively leverage our DC location to obtain internships, externships, and summer positions within government and top nonprofit organizations. Numerous Georgetown Law professors produce influential scholarship on legislation, administrative law, and governance topics. Their research encompasses pivotal studies on statutory interpretation, regulatory cost-benefit analysis, executive-agency relations, and budget-driven agency agenda control. Additional faculty expertise covers specialized agency work in education law, environmental regulation, consumer rights, and food/drug policy.
