A Government degree provides students with both theoretical foundations and practical insights into various aspects of political science, covering: U.S. and global political systems and operations, international affairs and cross-border relationships, as well as ethical considerations, justice concepts, rights frameworks, and civic responsibilities within political contexts. The curriculum organizes courses into four primary concentrations: American Politics, Comparative Politics, International Relations, and Political Philosophy. Beyond imparting comprehensive understanding of political systems and procedures, the program strives to equip students with critical analytical skills for assessing, formulating, and challenging political perspectives. These competencies include logical reasoning, cause-and-effect analysis, investigative methodologies, and persuasive presentation of concepts.
