The curriculum covers key areas like communications theory, legal and ethical considerations, digital media tactics, program evaluation, crisis management, media engagement, and strategic development.

Courses are held weekday evenings at GW's Arlington campus. Students also have the flexibility to complete the program fully online or through a combination of in-person and virtual learning.
