While the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University provides several formal specialization tracks, students aren't obligated to focus on a specific area of legal study. Numerous students begin their law education without predetermined interests. These individuals can follow a broad curriculum, selecting elective courses as their academic passions emerge. For those drawn to understanding the tactics and framework of public interest law (championing personal freedoms and societal welfare), exploring courses within the Public Interest Law Focus Area could be beneficial.
