The Askew School provides two advanced degree options: a Master of Public Administration (MPA) and a PhD in Public Administration. The accredited MPA program equips students for careers as policy analysts and management professionals. The doctoral program focuses on research, preparing graduates for academic roles, high-level administrative positions, and advanced policy research. Exceptional undergraduates can participate in a combined pathways program, allowing them to earn credits toward both their bachelor's degree and the MPA simultaneously.
PhD candidates can customize their specialization, focusing on any of the school's key areas including policy analysis, nonprofit management, intergovernmental relations, research methodologies, crisis management, fiscal administration, organizational dynamics, personnel management, or specialized policy research across various sectors.
