LACC offers a joint-degree program in collaboration with FIU's College of Law and College of Business Administration, enabling students to earn both a Juris Doctor (JD) with a MALACS degree or an MBA with a MALACS degree. To qualify for these combined programs, applicants must satisfy the admission criteria for both the MALACS program and either the JD or MBA program. The program allows twelve approved credits from law or business courses to apply toward the MALACS degree, creating specialized concentrations in either International and Comparative Law or International Business. Conversely, twelve approved MALACS credits can be applied toward the law or business degree requirements. Students must fulfill all remaining requirements for their respective JD, MBA, or MALACS degrees. For further details about these joint-degree options, interested individuals may contact LACC's Academic Programs office.
