Qualification Requirements

To enter the program in Recreation and Sport Management, a student must have a 3.0 GPA for the last 60 hours of upper-division courses, a statement of career goals and aspirations, and three letters of professional recommendation, possess a bachelor's degree, and have appropriate undergraduate preparation in parks, recreation, sport management or recreational therapy.

International graduate student applicants whose native language is not English are required to submit a score for the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS). A total score of 80 on the IBT TOEFL or 6.5 overall on the IELTS is required.
