To obtain a master's degree, you'll complete supervised fieldwork in various settings, ranging from conventional to alternative environments such as hospitals (both general and psychiatric), rehab centers, long-term care facilities, nursing homes, private residences, educational institutions, community organizations, and clinical practices. Upon graduation, you'll be eligible to sit for the national licensing examination to qualify as a certified occupational therapist.
